The count down for the Golden Globes award has began, as the nominees were just announced, and will compete for this prestigious award on January 13, 2008.

I am so excited..as a fashion nut..I can't wait for the Red Carpet...as for the actual ceremony...ya, it will be fun to see who snatches the prize, but I am really looking forward to pick the outfits apart...I love the dos and don'ts of the Red Carpet..

Fashion is my gift and my sickness...HaHa

Who do you think will be the best dressed ladies?...I think I give my vote to Keira Knightley...Angelina will be in..black as usual...Cate Blanchett is usually stylish too..others to watch are Julia Roberts, Jodie Foster and Julie Christie

For the men: I give my vote to Johnny Depp, but George Clooney is up there too, among some attending there will be Denzel Washington, Viggo Mortensen, Daniel Day Lewis, James McAvoy, John Travolta, Tom Hanks, Joe Wright...

well, Ella, I guess we have to wait for the Golden Globe's 2009...Let's hope they don't pull the same stunt with the Oscar's..it would be a disaster..so much money lost...I wish they would settle the strike already!!!

They go on and on about that silly song of hers "1234" which sounds like one of my kids nursery rhymes...and the words are...not very original. Never mind that they say she has great style..is that a joke?  Is it just me? I think my grandma dresses better than she does...especially compared to that excuse of an outfit she wore on her video.

No, is not just you...I totally agree..I think her sense of style is not that fantastic! Did you see what she was wearing at the Grammy's during her performance...it's a music award, not a seniors' conference (that long hippy skirt was just out of place!) and she needs to fix her hair (somebody, please give her a straightening iron) or a modern haircut...I don't mind her (she's a nice person)and I think she has a pretty voice but I really don't like her song either...I don't understand what the big fuss is all about, I think it's just hype!!!!

Canadians are funny about their "home" talent sometimes (and I can say that as I am a Canadian!), they go nuts! I think Finger 11 should have got more recognition for their song than Feist! (my opinion anyway).

See, at least the other countries can admit that some artist (like Amy Winehouse), beside their great talent are just a mess when it comes to fashion!

Anyway, maybe now that she got attention, Feist can afford a stylist and a hairdresser. Let's hope!

It's the Oscar's on Sunday.....

Can't wait...unfortunately I think that our dear Johnny Depp won't win...loved him in Sweeney Todd, but I believe that a more serious role will win over the musical.

Can't wait to see what he will wear anyway! and Vanessa too, she's always so stylish and well matched to his outfits. I think they are always the best dressed couple on the red carpet. I put on that list Jade and Will Smith, and Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.
